Evomove is a Danish company with headquarters in Copenhagen. We produce and sell Nomi - a children's highchair of international renown. Nomi is designed for maximum safety and to inspire movement in many different sitting positions. Nomi evolves with the growing child, from newborn to teenager.

Shipping and delivery when you order on this website

We deliver your orders free of charge when you order for more than EUR 135.

Orders below EUR 135 are added a delivery charge of EUR 15.

Orders to the Nordic countries and EU are delivered by UPS, normally within 2-7 work days.

If a product is sold out, delivery may take longer, and you will be informed about this.

Deliveries in Europe outside EU:

Evomove A/S only delivers to addresses within Europe (UK Mainland). Deliveries to European countries outside the EU will be added a freight and handling fee.

For deliveries outside the EU we draw attention to the fact that local customs may charge VAT and customs duty. Evomove A/S is not responsible for whether or not the national customs authorities will charge such a fee. Sometimes the customs authorities will charge the amount from the transport company, who will then charge it from the recipient. 




Return and withdrawal of purchase

If you regret your purchase (Right of withdrawal and return)

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 14-day return policy shall apply when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you;

  1. receive your product
  2. gain physical possession of the last product, when it comes to an agreement for several products that have been ordered in one order and delivered separately.

In June 2014, a new Sale of Goods Act entered into force. The Sale of Goods Act now also allows returns for online purchases where the seal is broken and the product has been tested. A distinction is made between withdrawal of the purchase and return of the purchase.

Withdrawal:Here, the product is returned unused and in original packaging and the entire purchase price is refunded

Return:  Here, the product is returned (in our case) after the chair has been assembled and tested. The purchase price is refunded wholly or in part after an assessment of the product's condition.


Within 14 days of receipt, you must notify us that you want to withdraw your purchase. The notification must be provided to or telephone number +45 33 88 78 16. In your notification, you must clearly indicate that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

This right of return only applies to products in unopened packaging that have not been used. You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to receive the product without notifying us thereof at the same time.

Right of return:

Within 14 days of receipt, you must notify us that you wish to return your purchase. The notification must be provided to or telephone number +45 33 88 78 16. In your notification, you must clearly indicate that you want to use your right of return.

You shall only be liable for any depreciation of the value of the product, which results from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the product, characteristics and the way in which it works. 

If the product has been tried beyond what is described above, we shall consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will only be refunded part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the product's commercial value.

In order to be refunded the entire purchase amount you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you use yourright of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we receive notification about your decision to withdraw from this agreement.

If you use yourright of return, you will be refunded the amount that you have paid us. In case of depreciation of the value of the product for which you are liable, this depreciation is deducted from the purchase amount.

When you make a return, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may withhold the refund until we have received the product return and assessed its condition, however, only up to 14 days after we have received the product.

We shall always provide refunds back to the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction.

If something is wrong with the product (defects)

When you purchase on this website ( your order comes with a 24 months' guarantee, meaning that the product can either be repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the actual complaint. This naturally depends on whether or not the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a consequence of using the product incorrectly or other damaging behaviour.

How quickly must I complain?
You must complain to us within 'reasonable time' after discovering the product defect. We recommend that you notify us as soon as you discover the defect. If you complain within two months after discovering the defect, your complaint will always be on time.

How do I complain?
You must send an email to:, preferably enclosing pictures and a description of the problem. If the product should be returned to us, we will send you a return freight note to use when you send it.

We refund fair freight expenses

If the complaint is justified, we will naturally refund your return freight expenses, if you use the return freight note provided by us.

Information given to Evomove A/S will not in any way be given or sold to a third party, and we do not register any sensitive personal data. When you are registered at you maintain the right to protest against the registration. You also have the right to insight into the information we have stored about you. These rights are secured by Persondataloven and requests regarding this issue must be directed at Evomove A/S via email

Have I received the right screws?

Some of our assembly instructions wrongly say that you will find 4 long and 2 short screws enclosed. To maximise safety we have chosen to enclose 6 long screws (16 mm) instead, so that the screws cannot be placed wrongly. The mistake has been corrected in our new assembly instructions.

Should the screws be this hard to fasten?

We have chosen to treat the screws with Tuflok® (coloured) coating, preventing the screws from loosening. It takes a little more effort to turn these screws, just as you have to counter-tighten the four screws in the foot of the chair. This ensures the best possible safety, especially if you should forget to retighten the screws. You may want to use a longer hex key or an electrical screwdriver.


What is the difference between Nomi Baby version 1 and version 2?

Both version 1 and 2 are tested and approved by the same standard and both comply with all requirements of the standard. The changes in version 2 are as follows:

  1. New harness that can be used both as a 3- and 5-point harness. In some countries, the 5-point harness is most commen and we have chosen to meet this desire. The advantage of the 5-point harness is that some children when they are 5-6 months can lift the upperbody high and here 5-point harness provide extra security. The downside is that the child is much more fixated with a 5-point harness, which is not necessary when they are quite small, here the 3-point harness can be used. Remember never to leave the child unattended.
  2. New mattress that goes around the edge of the plastic shell, so the mattress is better fixed on Nomi Baby.
  3. New material for the base, we have chosen a mesh which breathes better and is easier to wipe clean.
  4. All textiles are of mixed material which keeps better than pure cotton when washed. All textiles are still Oeko-Tex® approved for children.

Can I purchase the new Nomi Baby Mattress to my "old" Nomi Baby (version 1)?

No, the way the harness is attached is different in the two models. So, textile, base and harness can only be used together on the version it's made for. We have made an upgrade kit with harness and base if you want to buy the new mattress for your Nomi Baby version 1.


Why can't I order the chair/move on in the 'configurator'?

Remember to choose your preferred colour and type of wood before you click on 'Next'.


I can't add my goods to the basket

If you have visited our website several times, old information can still 'linger' and block the functions. Try deleting your cookies, or try again using another browser.


Why can't I see my cushion in the basket?

How do I buy more of the same product?

Why have I only received part of the order?

While we dispatch the packages together, they may get split up underway and arrive on different days.


What if I'm not home when the package arrives?

If you are not at home, UPS will try a second delivery or leave a note where to contackt them in your post box.
